The Human Disease Methylation Database Version 3.0 is a web-based resource that focuses on the abnormal methylome of human diseases. In the past five years, bulks of large-scale DNA methylation data is available and growing. Our goal is to unearth the changes in disease DNA methylation behind the fragmented data. In particular, we designed a differential analysis pipeline for DMG and calculated 1,485,099 associated genes for 162 diseases.
